Max Steyer
Performance Management Officer

Max Steyer currently serves as the Performance Management Officer for FCC Behavioral Health.

  Max is responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of the CCBHC Performance Measures as well as continual interim monitoring of these measures to guide Leadership in decision making.  He will also establish and maintain the quarterly SPQM Coalition data warehouse interface to provide add itional agency performance and statistical data as compared to the other CCBHC’s within Missouri.
   Max’s prior position as Chief Financial Officer provided him with a diverse and in depth background in the accounting and financial workings of the agency.  This supplements his 18 years of IT experience with FCC and combined offers greater understanding of complex integration of the various information sources within the agency. 
  Prior to coming to FCC, Max worked in various IT roles at Redbook Florist Services and Redbook Technologies in operations, reporting, and system design and development. 
  An Arkansas native and Arkansas State University graduate, Max earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. 
​  Max is married with one daughter who is currently working on her Master’s in Mathematics at his Alma Mater.
